Jeffrey served for 22 years as an Air Force Cyberspace Operations Officer, where he honed his skills in leadership, emerging technologies, and problem-solving in high-pressure environments. His service involved combating cyber threats and safeguarding national security, often requiring innovative approaches and unwavering dedication.
Entrepreneurial Success
After transitioning from the military, Jeffrey founded and now leads Taurean, a distinguished IT support company that has earned accolades for its culture and service. Under his leadership, Taurean has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work by the San Antonio Business Journal for 12 consecutive years. The company also appeared three times on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list and was honored with the Best Christian Workplace award.
Jeffrey is also the co-founder of PEO-GOV, an innovative professional employer organization that supports businesses with HR, legal, and accounting services tailored for government contractors.

Jeffrey holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Technology from George Washington University. His impressive credentials include being a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified John Maxwell Coach, a Certified Dream Manager, a graduate of the Bell Leadership Institute’s Roundtable, and a proud alumnus of The Berkeley Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Program.
He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership at the Chicago School for Professional Psychology, further cementing his dedication to understanding and advancing leadership practices.
Jeffrey is also a Colson Fellow and a lifetime member of the FBI Citizens Academy, reflecting his ongoing commitment to ethical leadership and community engagement.

His hobbies include golfing, reading, hunting, fishing, watching sports, and being outdoors. He also has a passion for helping others grow, both personally and professionally. Jeffrey’s career is defined by his commitment to excellence, resilience, and service to others.
